Laser projector
The laser projector from EasyCeiling allows you to automate the process of cutting stretch ceilings and manufacturing of structures.
The projector displays a bright, clear and precise ceiling outline directly from EasyCeiling on the cutting table surface. It is quick and easy to cut any complex ceiling shape from this outline.
The advantages of the EasyCeiling laser projector in the production of stretch ceilings:
Minimizes cutter errors that occur with manual marking;
Allows cutting ceilings of any complexity even for a person with minimal experience;
Significantly speeds up the cutting time of complex ceilings;
Does not require the use of separate special programs.
The following additional features are required to maximize the use of the laser projector:
Network database on MS SQL Server. It allows access to all ceilings made in offices from the shop floor.
Barcode generation. Using this feature allows you not to manually punch ceiling numbers into the projector, but simply scan ceiling forms to output the projection for cutting.
Upgrade to the current version of the program. Older versions of the program do not generate a data set for the projector.

What do you do with ceilings that are bigger than a table?
The projector divides such ceilings into parts: first it displays the largest part of the stream, then, after it is cut, the barcode is scanned again, the fabric is pulled through, and the remaining part is displayed.
The ceiling can be divided into any number of parts, and the projector will display them one by one, with an arrow indicating on which side the ceiling continues.
Will the projector be suitable for my workshop? What is the minimum installation height?
The minimum height from the table surface to the ceiling is 2 metres.
The size of the projection area depends on how far away from the table the projector will be placed.
To calculate the projection area, please send us a drawing of your workshop with the dimensions according to the example below.
