Known Issues in EasyCeiling Program
Message: Server Response Timeout Exceeded!

This occurs when working in database mode.
It is related to the fact that the program works using the "write-read" method in the database. One button press in the program can perform from 4 to 150 database operations! If one of these operations does not receive the expected response from the database, the message appears: "Server Response Timeout Exceeded!"
Under what conditions does this error occur?
The error may occur if service characters are used in input fields: "\ / :* " < > | + % { }"
Damage in the ceiling/order. May occur if a damaged file is loaded or if an error occurred during loading/construction. Such an order should be deleted from the database by clicking "OK" in the error window and clicking the "delete order" button.
Query timeout. Occurs if the database is working slowly (overloaded, slow network connection, etc.) and other reasons. In this case, the database may prematurely terminate the query.
Database connection was lost. And other errors related to missing data in database cells for the program, or data being written incorrectly. Such errors may occur, for example, if the connection was abruptly interrupted during database writing. For example, if the computer was turned off or a network error occurred. If you encounter such an error, restart the program and repeat the actions that led to this error.
If the error occurs again, create a developer report and write to EasyCeiling technical support with a detailed description of the actions leading to the error.
Easy Ceiling does not update or does not start after update
Check if your user has sufficient rights for installation.
Update files must be run on the computer where Easy Ceiling is already installed!
Make sure all Easy Ceiling programs are closed and restart your computer.
If you have Avast or AVG antivirus installed, disable their shields for 10 minutes.
The CyberCapture function places EasyCeiling in a virtual sector and then removes it without performing a re-update.
Close all Easy Ceiling program windows on this computer.
If required, enter the manufacturer's login and password.
Laser Projector Issues
0% Shrinkage, Check Shrinkage!
By default, EasyCeiling blocks situations where shrinkage is set to 0 - to avoid problems during ceiling installation.
If this error is displayed on a fabric ceiling, you need to specify the type "fabric" in the texture settings - in this case, the error will not be displayed.
Stream write error
May occur when exporting files (or when printing, if the option to export the file during write-off is enabled), if a write error occurred, for example, if the disk space ran out.
Not correctly personalization!

Transaction caused deadlock on lock resources
Example of full error text: Transaction (process ID 69) caused deadlock on lock resources. Communication buffer with another process and became a deadlock victim. Rerun the transaction.
Error causes:
Long-running transactions - Long execution of transactions increases the probability of deadlock.
High server load - With high competition for resources, the probability of deadlocks increases.
This error often appears on a database that hasn't been maintained for a long time (more than six months). The first advice for fixing is to restart the database server, the second is to perform maintenance.
After this, the problem should disappear.
If the problem occurs again soon (for example, after 3 months), it's time to start the database "from scratch" to reduce the load on it, or analyze the server and network connections - to see if they can be made faster.
Items don't move in warehouse
I.e., the blue up and down buttons don't work. This instruction will work to restore these buttons in any windows.
To fix - run the diagnostic utility, go to the "Database Work" tab and click the "update database" button. Wait for the operation to complete: after this, the positions will move correctly.
Double-sided printing doesn't work
EasyCeiling does not control double-sided printing. This functionality is controlled by the printer itself and depends on the printer model. EasyCeiling simply sends documents to the printer.
Double-sided printing is configured on the printer or using software for that printer. Refer to your printer's instructions.
Logo is missing or displayed incorrectly
If the logo is not displayed on client or installer forms - this is a configurable parameter. Setup instructions
If the problem occurs on other forms, try doing re-activation twice
Error: Unrecognized file format!
Send this file to technical support
Abnormal program termination
Occurs if some event caused the program to close urgently.
Known events:
Attempt to export an MS Office document to a template that was deleted.
If you encounter another cause of the error, write to us.
Installation program needs to update files
Occurs in Windows Server when it rolls back an update to a previously installed version.
In this case, you need to save the folders:
C:\Users\Public\Documents\EasyCeiling
and C:\Program Files (x86)\EasyCeiling
Then remove the program using standard means, then return the folders to their place and manually place the shortcut on the common desktop
Invalid object name 'Menedger'
The error may occur if you connect the program to a database where the table structure was not created in advance. Or if the Settings system table was damaged. You may need to create the database structure or restore the database from a backup.
Cannot connect to WMI provider
This error relates to network database issues. Contact your system administrator or technical support
License Errors
Licensing error 0x15092022 or 0x16092022
Restart your computer or end all sessions of this user (you can contact the system administrator). Then start the program. If the error persists - contact technical support
Error: User not found!
Occurs due to incorrect entry of manufacturer login and password. Start the program again and enter the login and password correctly. Try typing them manually or copying from the technical support email.
Error: Internet access required!
Internet access is required for program activation, enable it. If the internet is enabled but the error still appears, check if anything is blocking the program's access. Or create a developer report and contact technical support
Error: License file is damaged
If you close the pop-up message, a window will appear for entering the manufacturer's login and password: enter them.
Repeat the operation later.
An error occurs when trying to activate the program if the program has failed to connect to the server: for example, if the Internet is turned off or the server is not accessible from your location.
The user has not been found!
An error occurs if, when activating the manufacturer, you specify a non-existent username and password, or make a mistake in them. For example, you can confuse a small "L" or a large "i" in a password: l and I
Intersections in the ceiling
If your ceiling has intersections, this can lead to unpredictable results. However, in some cases users need to disable intersection checking. You can do this in the program settings under the "Uncertainty" tab.

However, we recommend that you leave this setting enabled, and the intersections in your ceilings should be corrected. If the action prohibition is enabled, the program will not let you print the ceiling until the intersection is corrected.
