Updating EasyCeiling to the Latest Version

EasyCeiling evolves: we regularly release updates to ensure the program meets new market requirements.
An update is a service in which you are provided with the latest version of EasyCeiling by updating your manufacturer license and sending you the current program files.

What this means:

  • You get all the latest features and improvements, except those listed as "additional function". Additional functions must be purchased separately.

  • Errors found in previous versions are fixed.

  • The program continues to work correctly with existing modules.

How we work:

The program is updated on an "as is" basis: you receive the version that is current on the day of the update.

Important conditions

Updating is possible only if you have Windows 10 or newer.
If you have another OS version (for example, Windows 7 or 8) — your system administrator must contact our technical support in advance to agree on the terms.

What to prepare in advance

To make everything go quickly and smoothly, follow these simple preparations:

  1. Make sure EasyCeiling is already installed.
    Updating is only possible if you have the current version of the program.

  2. Make sure all computers have Windows 10 or higher.
    If not — contact us in advance.

  3. Plan to update all computers at the same time.
    This is important. Even if one computer (for example, for the cutting projector) remains on the old version, failures and incorrect operation of the entire system are possible.

Updating EasyCeiling is not just a technical procedure. It's your investment in stable operation, compatibility with new modules, and confidence that the program can handle any task.

Rolling back to previous versions of EasyCeiling is technically impossible

Instructions for updating EasyCeiling

  1. Restart your computer, then launch EasyCeiling. This is necessary to eliminate random factors that may interfere with the update installation.

  2. Click the question mark icon at the top of the program, then select "Check for updates" from the menu

  3. To install the update, click "Yes"

  4. Allow the EasyCeilingAutoUpdate.exe application to make changes to your device

  5. Wait for the update to complete

  6. If necessary, you can add shortcuts to your desktop

  7. If additional functions were connected for you in this update, you need to activate the program twice again
