Different productions have different unique needs and different working methods. We have additional features - these are functions that are not included in the basic version of the program and are purchased as needed.
EasyCeiling.AI
Handwritten Drawing Recognition with Artificial Intelligence is an innovative feature that allows automatic conversion of handwritten ceiling sketches into ready-made EasyCeiling drawings.
The main purpose of this feature is to make working with "handwritten" drawings as fast and convenient as possible. For example, if there are several ceilings in the image, the system recognizes them separately and creates separate ceilings. It also automatically interprets dimensions, correctly distinguishing between meters and centimeters, and builds a complete drawing when sufficient data is available. This solution significantly simplifies working with drawings, leaving the specialist only with verification and final adjustments.
Cost Calculation
The "Cost Calculation" feature is a powerful tool for automatic calculation of ceiling, service, and product costs. It allows you to quickly obtain accurate calculations for various roles - retail customer, dealer, installer. All necessary materials and services can be added to the calculation, modified and deleted, creating personalized offers for each order. Calculations can be printed as forms or saved to a file, which simplifies document flow and minimizes manual work.
The feature provides flexible settings, such as applying exchange rates, rounding, VAT accounting, and the ability to use markup for cost calculation. It also supports working with price lists and allows including both the entire order and individual items in the calculation. When integrated with the "Warehouse" module, components can be automatically written off from the warehouse, and integration with "Export to 1C:UNF" facilitates data transfer to the accounting system. The feature allows controlling payments and debts, managing cash operations, and even implementing bonus systems for clients, making it indispensable for comprehensive financial operations management in the company.
Warehouse
The "Warehouse" feature helps manage materials, goods, and harpoon inventory, providing complete control over their movement. Materials are received in batches with specification of texture, color, and other characteristics, which simplifies inventory management. The warehouse integrates with the "Cost Calculation" feature, allowing automatic linking of goods to ceilings and their write-off.
The feature also includes supplier returns and various reports. The system prevents writing off materials that are not in stock and allows accounting for defects or adjusting balances, maintaining accounting accuracy. Thanks to convenient material search by numbers or names, warehouse work becomes faster and more efficient.
Minus Ceiling
The "Minus Ceiling" feature allows "subtracting" one ceiling from another. This saves time when working with multi-level ceilings.
For example, if you need to make a cutout for a second level or curved structure, the program automatically calculates transitions and subtracts the necessary sections. This allows achieving high precision with minimal effort and avoiding errors typical of manual calculations.
MS SQL Server Support
The "MS SQL Server Support" feature allows storing all information about orders, clients, and textures in one database. This means that data is organized, accessible to all employees, and consistent. Different access levels can be set for managers so that each sees only the sections they need - orders, dealers, warehouses.
Moreover, the power of MS SQL Server and combining users in one database allows using advanced basic and additional features. In the basic version with a network database, it becomes possible to collect and analyze data for calculating manager salaries and tracking workshop employee work, viewing reports on them. It becomes possible to use additional features: "Telegram Bot", "Online Catalogs", "Online Order Reception", "Cloud Database Rental" and others.
Manual Construction
This feature is designed for cases when you have a ready-made drawing with dimensions in the form of an image: for example, if these are designer ceilings that have already been created in specialized modeling programs.
If you have a ceiling image in BMP or JPEG format, this feature allows you to load it, trace the desired contour, and specify the length of one side (the longest segment). The program will automatically calculate the remaining dimensions and diagonals, maintaining the image proportions.
This feature simplifies the process when you need to accurately reproduce a ceiling design from a ready-made layout. You don't need to manually calculate each side and angle - the system will do it for you, speeding up calculations and minimizing the possibility of measurement errors.
Multi-Texture
The "Multi-Texture" feature (also called "seam constructor") is designed for working with complex ceilings, allowing arbitrary placement of seams, creation of curved splices, and dividing ceilings into various parts. It simplifies design, saving time when working with multi-level and combined ceilings. The feature includes a catalog of ready-made splices that can be saved and applied to other projects, which speeds up the process of creating standard solutions.
The tool provides flexible settings: adding points, creating contours according to specified parameters (straight lines, arcs, Bezier curves), as well as scaling and positioning splices. After working with multi-texture, you can generate print forms for the client and manufacturer, which will indicate areas and materials used. This makes the feature indispensable for complex projects with individual design solutions.
APT Ceiling
The "Art Print" feature allows placing images on the ceiling and preparing templates for transfer to printing. It simplifies the process of working with photo printing, from selecting an image and its settings to creating a print layout. You can adjust the image placement, crop it, mirror it, rotate it, scale it, and save it for transfer to the designer or manufacturer.
This feature includes convenient tools: adjusting image proportions, adding margins, creating duplicates, and fixing objects in place to prevent accidental changes. After final adjustment, the template automatically adapts for printing and display on client drawings to show how the image will look on the finished ceiling. This makes working with photo printing more intuitive, saving time and simplifying the visualization process.
Barcode
The "Barcode" feature allows automatic generation of barcodes for orders and printing them on forms. The barcode includes the order number and ceiling number (or, if necessary, the roll number of the film used for this ceiling), which simplifies identification and material accounting. This feature significantly speeds up order processing and interaction with programs such as laser projector, production journal, and 1C, as it allows reading data directly from barcodes.
Laser Projector
The EasyCeiling Laser Projector is a software-hardware complex for automating stretch ceiling cutting. It displays the exact ceiling contour directly from the program onto the cutting table surface, allowing quick and error-free cutting of ceilings of any complexity. This is especially convenient for complex shapes where manual cutting can be time-consuming and inaccurate.
The laser projector reduces dependence on skilled labor, increases productivity, and reduces order fulfillment time, making it an indispensable tool for the modern ceiling industry.
MS Office Support
The "MS Office Support" feature allows exporting data to Microsoft Word and Excel documents, which simplifies document automation - contracts, invoices, acts, and other standard forms. To set up the feature, it's enough to create a document template (Word, Excel, or OpenOffice Write), add it to the program, and prepare it for automatic filling.
When using templates, the program recognizes certain tags and substitutes the necessary data, such as order information, client data, and calculation. For example, you can insert the order number, materials, ceiling area, client's full name and address, as well as financial information such as total order amount, prepayment, and debt, both in numbers and in words.
Export to 1C: UNF
EasyCeiling integration with the standard 1C: UNF configuration simplifies data exchange between systems and automates a number of business processes. This feature allows exporting orders, production documents, expense invoices, as well as data for calculating cost and financial results from EasyCeiling to the standard 1C configuration. Integration is supported for many countries, including Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Moldova, and others.
Texture Selection Wizard
The "Texture Selection Wizard" is a tool that simplifies material selection for cutting. It works in two modes. In the first mode, you select a texture by material type and other parameters, such as shrinkage or allowance. The program automatically selects suitable options from the catalog, so you don't waste time searching manually.
In the second mode, the wizard helps choose the optimal material width. It's enough to specify the texture in the order, and the program will suggest width options taking into account shrinkage. This reduces waste, simplifies cutting, and helps use materials efficiently.
Construction Builder
The "Construction Builder" feature is designed for working with multi-level ceilings. It allows creating structures of any complexity, automatically attaching moldings and profiles to the drawing for calculation in cost estimation, and printing ready-made drawings for manufacturing.
Through integration with the laser projector, you can immediately transfer the drawing to production, which speeds up the assembly process and reduces the likelihood of errors. This feature simplifies the entire cycle - from design to manufacturing - and helps save time at each stage.
Light Lines
The "Light Lines" feature provides access to a constructor that allows designing straight and arc-shaped light lines for ceilings. This tool allows creating and editing drawings, breaking them into separate parts, taking into account light lines and profile, and printing them for further manufacturing. All elements added to the project are automatically included in the cost calculation, which simplifies calculating material and service costs for the client.
The feature includes a catalog of ready-made solutions, allowing saving created light lines and their parameters, and then reusing them in other projects. This makes it possible to quickly and accurately implement ready-made design elements, saving time on design.
Light Fixture Editor
The "Light Fixture Editor" feature helps create a catalog of standard light fixture layouts for ceilings. You can develop templates with figured light fixture placement and quickly insert them into new projects. This is especially convenient if the same lighting schemes are frequently used.
Available editing tools include placement along Bezier curves, which allow flexible adjustment of light fixture placement. This saves time on design and ensures accuracy, especially with complex geometric schemes.
EasyCeilingMobile Support
EasyCeilingMobile Support is an additional feature that allows opening files created in the EasyCeilingMobile application.
Production\Cutting Module
The Production Module is designed to simplify and limit program functionality in the workshop. It provides access only to orders that are in progress or ready for manufacturing, and only in viewing mode, minimizing the risk of errors and unauthorized changes. This module differs from the basic "Production Journal" in that the order list is available directly in the program interface, without the need to scan printed forms.
The production module allows:
Automatically updating order statuses.
Assigning responsible employees (for example, cutters).
Printing work forms, including data about materials, seams, and harpoons.
Tracking completed work for salary calculation.
After completing work with an order, the module blocks the possibility of its editing, recording readiness. This feature simplifies interaction between production and managers, increases process control, and reduces the number of errors.

Tetris - Cutting Optimization
The "Tetris" feature is an additional EasyCeiling module that optimizes material cutting and reduces waste. With its help, you can rationally place ceiling panels on film, minimizing empty space. This allows saving resources, improving production processes, and reducing costs.
The module automatically generates technological cards that can be sent to the laser projector or machine. The additional "Packaging" feature helps place ceilings automatically, as close to each other as possible, which ensures efficient material use even with complex cutting.
Multiple MS SQL Server Databases
The "Using Multiple Databases" feature allows managing and controlling multiple MS SQL Server databases from one center. This is convenient for companies with branches or departments: each branch can work with a separate database, but their management is centralized.
This approach allows separating orders and managers at a physical level if they all work from one server.
DXF Import
The "DXF/DWG Import" feature allows EasyCeiling users to easily work with DXF, DWG, and SVG files created in programs such as AutoCAD and Compass, without the need to install additional CAD software. This simplifies the processing of complex drawings, speeds up the work process, and reduces dependence on third-party applications.
During import, the program automatically processes contours, allows merging open lines, removing unnecessary elements, and adjusting dimensions. Users can work with both well-prepared files with closed contours and less structured drawings. This feature significantly facilitates the management of complex shapes and contours, making the process of adapting drawings for stretch ceilings precise and convenient.
Business Scrap Management
The "Business Scrap Management" feature is designed for managing and reusing material remnants (scraps) suitable for further work. This feature allows automatic accounting of scraps that meet specified parameters: minimum area, width, length, number of corners, and maximum storage period. Useful scraps are stored in a separate warehouse, and information about them is displayed in production forms, which simplifies their use in new orders. For example, if the ceiling area allows using a scrap, the program will automatically suggest it instead of using new material.
The feature also supports flexible settings: from editing scrap numbers to automatic confirmation and archiving of used scraps. When creating an order, the program considers available scraps, matching them by texture, color, and size parameters. This helps reduce waste, optimize material use, and save resources. The scrap warehouse provides a clear list of all remnants, where confirmed scraps are highlighted in green, and unconfirmed ones in red, with the ability to edit, confirm, or delete.
Online Catalogs
The "Online Catalogs" feature allows manufacturers to place their catalogs with materials, goods, and services in the cloud, so dealers can quickly download them through the EasyCeiling program. This solution facilitates the exchange of current information, simplifies data access, and speeds up the order processing process. Catalogs require a network database connection on MS SQL Server.
The manufacturer can export catalogs of textures, goods, services, splice templates, light fixtures, and light lines (if the corresponding modules are available). Access settings include the ability to publish price lists and restrict downloading with a password. This ensures data protection and allows controlling who can download catalogs. Dealers see companies in the list of available manufacturers, but without a password, they won't be able to download files. When resending, catalogs are synchronized with the server, and excluded items are automatically removed from available downloads.
Online Order Sending
The "Online Order Sending" feature allows dealers to send orders directly to the manufacturer's production database through the cloud. This simplifies interaction between the dealer and manufacturer, eliminating the need for manual data transfer. For the feature to work, the manufacturer must have a network database configured on MS SQL Server and the "Online Catalogs" feature activated, and the dealer must have connected to the manufacturer through catalog downloads.
Orders are automatically loaded every 5 minutes on the manufacturer's side by the program running from a user with the "Order Loading" option. Orders arrive in the "From Measurer" status and are immediately displayed in the production database. At the same time, dealer catalogs are synchronized with manufacturer catalogs, ensuring uniformity of names. The feature excludes displaying changes made by the dealer to catalogs at the manufacturer's end, which guarantees data integrity. The ability to manually check new orders complements automatic loading, making the order transfer process flexible and convenient.
Online Cash Register
Integration with Atol 30F cash register automates the process of printing cash receipts in the EasyCeiling program. When the computer starts, the KKT server activates automatically, and the cashier enters their data (full name and TIN) to open a shift. Receipts are printed during payment on the "Cost Calculation" tab - just enter the amount and click "Enter". The user can choose between a brief entry (item "Stretch Ceiling Kit") or a full calculation breakdown, where all items with their costs are listed.
The feature supports printing receipts for the current ceiling or the entire order, depending on the selected calculation sheet. For convenient connection, the cash register can be configured as local or remote (by IP address). Receipt printing is only available for authorized users, which allows recording cashier data. This integration simplifies payment management, eliminates manual errors, and complies with legal requirements.
Ceiling Shipment Journal
The Shipment Journal is needed to control the ceiling shipment process. With it, you can see which ceilings need to be made by which date, which ceilings in the order are ready, and which order can already be shipped. The feature uses color indicators: green for completely ready orders and red for those in progress, which helps quickly assess the order status. Accounting for delivery terms and methods allows precise planning of shipments and avoids incomplete deliveries.
The journal automatically updates component statuses as they progress through production stages - from manufacturing to packaging and scanning. Completed orders can be included in the shipment report, which contains signatures of production, warehouse, and courier employees, ensuring transparency at all stages. This tool helps avoid delays, improves production planning, and increases customer satisfaction through timely and complete order delivery.
EasyCeiling Backup Master
The "EasyCeiling Backup Master" feature is a separate program designed to automate the process of creating and managing database and settings backups. It allows setting up backup once, after which the program will independently create, store, and delete backups, ensuring data protection and minimizing the risk of data loss.
Main capabilities include both manual and automatic scheduled backup creation, with data saved in two different locations for increased reliability. The program supports differential copies, saving space by appending changes to existing backup files. Data recovery from any selected copy and automatic deletion of outdated backup files are also provided, ensuring convenience and security when working with important information.
Telegram Bot
The "Telegram-bot" feature provides the ability to automatically send notifications about order status to clients and dealers through a chat bot. This is a convenient solution for increasing transparency and efficiency in client interaction.
The bot sends notifications automatically when order statuses change. The feature supports configuring message sending time and response templates. This allows easy adaptation of the bot to company needs, ensuring timely communication with clients and dealers without additional effort.
Cloud Database Rental
The "Cloud Database Rental" feature is a monthly subscription service that provides the ability to host databases on EasyCeiling company servers. This solution relieves the user of responsibility for managing, maintaining, and ensuring stable database operation.
With the cloud database, you get guaranteed data access and system stability, while EasyCeiling takes care of performance, backup, and database availability. This is an ideal choice for those who want to focus on their core business, entrusting technical infrastructure management to reliable hands.
Sending to Manufacturer's Database
The "Sending to Manufacturer's Database" feature itself must be purchased by both the manufacturer and the dealer.
You can connect to the manufacturer to send orders directly to their order database.
