Ⓜ️ Integration with MoySklad Lite - export of web consumption data

The additional "Integration with MoySklad Lite" feature simply exports data on the consumption of films and harpoon in an order. It does not require the "Calculation" and "Warehouse" features to be installed.

How does the integration work?

  1. You export the list of products from MoySklad to EasyCeiling — it must be specially marked up.

  2. After that, you can export order data from EasyCeiling — a table with film and harpoon — and upload it back to MoySklad as a sale.

What is exported?

  • Film — the area of each ceiling in the order (unshrunk), one row per ceiling.

  • Harpoon — the total length of harpoon per order, rounded to the nearest meter, one row for each type of harpoon.

Preparing Products in MoySklad

Importing Fabrics from MoySklad

For product items that will be exported as film, you need to create and fill in the following fields:

  1. In the additional property "Product Type" specify "Film"

  2. In the additional property "Color" specify the color (field must not be empty)

  3. In the additional property "Width" specify the roll width (field must not be empty)

  4. In the additional property "Texture Type" specify the texture type (field must not be empty, must contain one of: Glossy, Satin, Matte, Special, Fabric)

  5. In the additional property "Catalog" specify the texture catalog (field must not be empty)

  6. In the property "Code" specify the product code (field must not be empty)

  7. In the property "Archived" specify "No"

When loading, EasyCeiling only loads those products as fabrics that have the above fields filled in.

To import fabrics from MoySklad into EasyCeiling:

Go to the fabric directory. At the top of the program, go to settings (gear icon), then "Open fabric directory"

In the open fabric directory, click the "Import/Export" button. A dropdown list will appear, click "Import from 'MoySklad'" with the corresponding icon.

A file selection window will appear. Select the Excel file.

At the end of the upload (Fig.4), the program will display a message that the import was successful. It will also display a window with fabrics that, for some reason, were not imported. The reason will be indicated in the "Message" field (Fig.5)

Importing Harpoon from MoySklad

When selecting the product export file from MoySklad, EasyCeiling only loads those products as harpoons that have:

  1. In the additional property "Product Type" specify "Harpoon"

  2. In the property "Archived" specify "No"

  3. Go to the harpoon directory. In the "Order Information" tab, find the "Harpoon" field, next to it click the button in the form of a stack of books.

In the harpoon directory, click the paint palette button at the bottom of the window. A dropdown list will open, click "Import from 'MoySklad'".

A file selection window will appear. Select the Excel file (Fig. 3).

At the end of the upload (Fig.4), the program will display a message that the import was successful.

Export to MoySklad

Select the desired order from the order list.

In the "Order Information" tab, at the top of the window, click the "Export to 'MoySklad'" button.

Specify the name of the new Excel file, if desired. The program automatically substitutes the number of the selected order.

After uploading, the file will be exported to the selected directory.
