How to work with the laser projector

The EasyCeiling LaserHelper server (EasyCeilingLazer.exe) loads an order by barcode or number, shows the contour on screen, and projects it onto the table.

Before the shift

  1. Switch the projector on and wait until it is ready.

  2. Start the program (EasyCeilingLazer.exe).

  3. The log at the bottom of the window must show «Connection to projector: … SUCCESSFUL!» / «Подключение к проектору: … выполнено УСПЕШНО!».

  4. Next to Current projector, the status must be green On (Включен).

  5. The red caption (face / reverse side) shows how to lay the fabric.

If the status is Off or the log has no successful connection, do not start cutting. See typical problems.

Typical operator cycle

  1. Select the projector in Current projector. With several tables, save the choice with the save icon to the right of the list.

  2. Click Barcode scanner and scan the order form.

    Or open the Settings tab, enter the order number / barcode, and click Send to projector.

  3. Cut along the laser line.

  4. Click Pause if you need to turn the beam off temporarily.

  5. Watch errors and temperature (t=…) in the log at the bottom.

Ceiling larger than the table

Scan the form again after cutting the first part: the projector shows the continuation and an arrow indicates which side to pull the fabric from.

The window must be active if the scanner works as a keyboard. In COM-port mode the order number arrives without this window — the port is set in the projector card.
