Basic Functions of EasyCeiling
About the Basic Version and Additional Functions
The main task of the EasyCeiling program is to build ceilings and generate drawings for ceiling cutting.
However, EasyCeiling can also help the stretch ceiling business with many other functions. For example: managing ceiling lists, exchanging ceiling files, tracking expenses and income, importing and exporting AutoCAD and Compass formats, exchanging data with 1C, and much more.
The basic version (Start Package) contains about 80% of all functionality.
Additional functions depend on the needs of specific productions and are purchased separately.
Below are lists of which functions are included in the basic version and which can be purchased separately.
Working with Order and Ceiling Lists
You can assign statuses such as "new," "in progress," etc., to each.

Working with Texture and Harpoon Catalogs
Editable catalogs with settings for each texture and its color, with the ability to import and export catalogs. For harpoons, you can set individual allowances.
Working with Client and Dealer Catalogs
Saving lists of clients and dealers, with the ability to import and export catalogs. For a dealer, you can set an individual logo and details for the headers of forms for the client and installer.
Working with Files
The ability to save individual ceilings and orders in files, send and receive them.
Production Journal
Reports
Generating report tables on texture usage, order statistics, etc.
Printable Forms for Client, Installer, and Production
Printing forms without shrinkage, for client demonstration and installer work.
5 different forms with shrunk ceiling, with cutting point coordinates, with combined fabric placement, and for each fabric separately.
Construction
Construction through input of side lengths, angles, diagonals. Basic construction capabilities, the program also tracks drawing error if the measurer provided inaccurate data.
Adding and trimming various geometric shapes from the ceiling, cutting shapes and other ceilings, placing objects: fixtures, pipes, doors, windows, etc., setting level and wall shift.

Fabric Cutting
Cutting. Changing shrinkage and fabric placement. Placement of ceiling fabrics relative to the edge of the roll.
Cutting Optimization. If the fabric can be placed relative to the roll so that the fabric requires a shorter cut from the roll, the program will do this automatically.
User Authorization with Different Access Rights
User Configuration within the Program. Program login via username and password. Fine-tuning of each user's rights.
Accounting for Waste When Paying for Ceilings
Finely adjustable "Waste" function: if a lot of waste remains for disposal during ceiling production, their area can be included in the ceiling cost.
Special Marks
A large red picture with the inscription "URGENT"? A stamp under the signature? A picture with a kitten? You can place them on printable forms!
