Print Templates for Client, Installer, and Production
The printed form for the client contains all the necessary information for the client to approve the ceiling sketch, as well as the parameters used to calculate the cost of the ceiling (area, perimeter, internal cutouts, and curved sections).
The print form for the ART client contains extended information on the ordered ceiling with photo printing elements. Also on this form the drawing is reflected for a clear illustration of what the photo printing on the ceiling will look like, that is, the drawing is NOT a projection on the floor, but represents the ceiling as a view from below. It is enough for the client to raise the sketch sheet above his head and it will become clear how the photo printing on the ceiling will look.
The printed form contains reference information about the order and more detailed information about the multi-level ceiling frame and spot lights. Using the coordinates of the points and lights, the installers can accurately mark the future multi-level ceiling frame on the ceiling and install the lights in the right place, which were agreed upon with the client in the office, thus saving time on finding the optimal location of the lights and redrawing the multi-level ceiling outline, which can be done by the manager in the office together with the client.
The manufacturer's version includes the necessary printing forms for production.
There are two options for cutting stretch ceilings:
Cutting by sheets – each sheet is cut according to the coordinates, welded together, and harpooned;
Single cutting - the rectangular parts of the panels are welded together to form a large, unprocessed ceiling, and the outline of the desired ceiling is cut out and harpooned.
The program provides for both options: the first option includes the print forms "For Manufacturer Cut" and "For Manufacturer Cut by Sheets", and the second option includes the print form "For Manufacturer Unified Cut".
In the printed forms for the manufacturer, all data (lengths of segments, areas, and perimeters) are specified taking into account shrinkage (stretch percentage). The film consumption is given both in square meters and in linear meters.
A printed form is available to the manufacturer "For the manufacturer Drawing" - the form is in many ways similar to the printed form for the client, but there are some differences: the percentage of shrinkage of the canvas is indicated, the data of the dealer who ordered the ceiling is indicated, you can specify information about "who packed", "who shipped" and the like. The printed form "Drawing" is used by manufacturers to label the ceiling itself before shipment, and upon receipt of the ceiling, the dealer sees which customer received the ceiling, as well as during installation, he can easily see the shrinkage of the ceiling without calling the office.
Print Settings
The program has several settings for printing forms, including the printing settings in the program itself and the general settings for printing forms in the "Print" tab.
In the "Print" tab, you can customize the display of data on printing forms, as well as the simultaneous printing and its order.
General settings on the Print tab
Program Settings
In the program settings, you can select the general rules for printing. Let's take all the settings in order.
Print the basic drawing (without additional shapes) - displays the ceiling on the print for the client without additional shapes.
If the setting is enabled, then two drawings will be displayed on the print form, if disabled, then one.
The setting is enabled
The setting is disabled
Write off the material before printing production forms - this setting allows you to write off before printing production forms. If you have self-timer enabled , then everything will happen automatically, if it is disabled, then you will need to choose which material to copy from. If the setting is disabled, the debit will not be made automatically before printing, it will need to be done manually.
Round coordinates to integers (235.6=236) - the setting rounds numbers to integers on printed forms For the client.
The setting is enabled
The setting is disabled
The method of drawing coordinates - changes the order in which coordinates are displayed on printed forms for the manufacturer (for example, Cutting or Canvas Cutting).
There are three options for drawing coordinates:
Clockwise
Descending along the OY axis
Ascending along the OX axis
Clockwise (Cut for the manufacturer)
Clockwise (For the manufacturer, Cut according to the canvases)
Descending order along the OY axis (Cut for the manufacturer)
Descending order along the OY axis (For the manufacturer, Cut by canvas)
Ascending along the OX axis (Cut for the manufacturer)
Ascending along the OX axis (Cut by canvas for the manufacturer)
Location of the zero point - like the previous setting, it sets the order in which coordinates are displayed on letterheads for the manufacturer (for example, Cutting or Canvas Cutting).
There are four options for setting up the location:
Lower left corner
Upper left corner
Lower right corner
Upper right corner
Lower left corner (Cut for the manufacturer)
Lower-left corner (Canvas cut for the manufacturer)
Upper left corner (Cut for the manufacturer)
Upper-left corner (Canvas cut for the manufacturer)
Lower right corner (Cut for the manufacturer)
Lower right corner (Canvas Cut for the manufacturer)
Upper right corner (Cut for the manufacturer)
Upper right corner (Canvas Cut for the manufacturer)
Numbering of canvases - changes the order (numbering) of the canvases on the printed letterhead For the Canvas Cutting manufacturer.
There are two options for numbering canvases:
From top to bottom
From bottom to top
From top to bottom
From bottom to top
Display a dialog box for selecting a printer - If this setting is enabled, you will see a window for selecting a printer when printing.
If the setting is disabled, the program will search for the printer automatically and print from it.
The setting is enabled
The form for the client and the form for production - in the field next to this setting, you can specify how many copies of these forms will be printed at the same time.
Label Printer - In this window, you can select a printer for printing labels, this printer may differ from the one to which you send regular printed forms.
Display data for the manufacturer on all printed forms - this setting allows you to display manufacturer's data in the header of printing forms For the Client, For the ART client and for installers, or vice versa to remove them.
The setting is enabled
The setting is disabled
important! The manufacturer's data can only be removed from the print form For the client, For the ART client and for installers. The manufacturer's data cannot be removed from the production forms!
Do not print dealer data - If you have disabled the above setting, which outputs manufacturer's data, then the data of the dealer will be displayed in the header of the forms For the client, For the ART client and For installers, if it is specified in the order. In this case, if you disable the "Do not print dealer data" setting, then dealer data will not be displayed on the print form either.
The setting is enabled
The setting is disabled
important! If you have the "Output manufacturer data" setting enabled and you turn off the "Do not print dealer data" setting, the manufacturer's data will still be printed.
In addition, you CANNOT output different data to different forms, for example, on forms For the client you want to output data for the client, and on forms For installers the manufacturer's data.
There is no such setting in the program, but you can contact us with a request for such individual improvements.
Custom ceilings - this setting sets the ceilings that are selected in the settings to the "Custom" status automatically.
This setting is available for:
Carved ceilings Apply
Ceilings with photo printing
Multi-faceted ceilings
