Router Setup — is a service in which our specialist connects to your computer and configures the router.

What's included in the service:

  • Specialist connection to your computer

  • Reserving IP address of the server on the network or other work on equipment, not including port forwarding from the internet

  • Consultation on results: how to connect, what's important to know

What needs to be prepared in advance:

  1. Check that the router supports:
    – IP address reservation
    – port forwarding (NAT / Port forwarding)

  2. Prepare login and password from the router admin panel. They may differ from WiFi password and login!

  3. Download and install Anydesk

  4. Provide the Anydesk workstation number to the specialist

Responsibility of parties

After setup:

  • Client is independently responsible for:

    • operability and security of equipment (router, server, network)

    • protection against external attacks (viruses, hacks, password brute force, etc.)
