Laser projector malfunctions

3 - Problems with the projection:
Write a description of the problem according to the instructions below and send it to technical support:
Enter the serial number of the projector.
Tell what events preceded the problem.
For example, «Replaced the scanner», «Power went out for a while», «Just turned on the projector as usual».
Send a clear screenshot of the entire screen with the laser program enabled, so that you can see the table of logs with errors at the bottom.
Send a report to the developer.
If something happened to the projection of the ceiling on the table, you need to make a video in which:
The position of the projector relative to the shooter is shown
The projection is shown and preferably the table as a whole, so that it is clear how the projection is derived relative to the projector.
The section of the projection where the projection changes are most noticeable is shown
A laser program running on the computer is shown
In addition to the video, you should also attach a clear picture of the entire screen with the projector program running, with the first step of calibration, with the overall view running to the message

Known issues and their solutions:
The projection "jumps"
For example: the laser moves along the width of the table on both sides by 10 cm and after a while it gets back in place and then moves again.
In the settings of a particular laser there is an item "Temperature compensation" - turn it off.
Message "The settings file is different from the file in the Database! Load settings from the database?"
This message appears if the calibration saved on the computer differs from the one saved in the database.
In this case it is necessary to:
Press no in this window and check the calibration. If the calibration is correct, save it again.
If incorrect, close the program, reopen, click "yes" in the same message, check the calibration, and save the calibration again.
Error "Error code 0022"
Check if the current version of the EasyCeiling builder program is installed on this computer and if it works.
Error "There is no data for the projector"
It may occur if the program in which the order was created has not been updated or is not activated. Re-activate the program on all computers and re-print the forms of all ceilings where this error occurred.
Can occur if the order is not split into order numbers-ceiling number, then it is necessary to turn off the checkbox "in the ceiling name only order number" on the first tab of settings
Error "Cannot terminate an externally created thread"
This may be due to a critical error in the wifi connection to the projector. Reboot all equipment.
Unknown wifi error 10061 - 10065
Occurs due to wifi or other network problems. Make sure the router is less than 5 meters away from the projector and is working properly. Including that the DHCP server is working properly and can be accessed at all times if it is not on the router. Check your premises with this article.
The second and subsequent ceilings are not output
In file mode the setting "in the ceiling name only order number" on the first settings tab is enabled. Disable it.
Data is not sent to the projector
It is necessary to specify what error appears in the logs (tables below) of the laser program
Synchronization error with radio module, Packet Lost
If the error occurs with a projector that is not using the radio module but, for example, using wifi, the connection to the projector or scanner may not be set up correctly.
The computer may be far away from the projector with the radio module. You need to move closer.
Is the projector number correct in the settings?
It is possible that the physical connection to the radio module is lost. windows does not make any sounds of losing connection with the device?
Try moving the radio module to a port on the other side of the computer

The blue LED is on, but the projector is not visible on the router. The projector is probably disconnected from wifi, you need to reboot the projector. There is a problem when the router interface does not show the connected projector - you need to reboot the router, maybe several times.
The blue LED on the projector is blinking
The projector tries to connect to wi-fi, but can't. You need to connect to the projector via usb, check the correct ssid and password, and reboot both the projector and the router!

Application startup error 0xc015002

Occurs if the laser program driver is not installed. (vcredist_x86)
Windows socket error: normally only one use of a socket address is allowed
Appears because more than one instance of the laser program is open.
Part of the projection is "cut off" even though the ceiling fits the width of the texture completely
Look in EasyCeiling for this particular ceiling - the seams may have been changed after printing the form.
Go to the cutting tab in this ceiling and click on the "laser projector" button.
A window will open showing the table, the rack, and the projection of the ceiling onto the table. Make sure the rack and its indents are set up correctly on the table.
