Developer Report

The EasyCeiling program allows you to generate a developer report file, which will contain important data for the program's operation. EasyCeiling staff can use this data to diagnose various issues with the program.

The developer report is available through the program menu:

Or in the folder where the program is installed:

Click "Generate report":

If you agree with the terms, click "OK"

Diagnostics will then begin, which will take some time.

After that, a report file will be generated in your user folder. The folder will open automatically.

Send the generated file to technical support in any convenient way.

If errors occur when generating the report, or the report takes too long (more than 5 minutes), you need to find and send us the log files from the EasyCeiling folder in Shared Documents instead of the developer report. The files are called LogSQL.txt and LogSQLUpdate.txt
