Installing and Updating EasyCeiling

When you purchase the program, you receive an installation file:

Use it to install the program on a computer where it has not been installed before.

When updating the program or purchasing additional modules, you receive an update file:

Keep your installation and update files! The storage period for files on cloud services is 1 month, and 6 months on the company's internal servers.

If you have difficulties installing or updating the program, make sure you have watched the installation and update videos in full and followed the update procedure above. If you still cannot solve the issue, write to us at help@easyceiling.ru with a description of the difficulties.

Update Instructions

  1. Watch the update video: YouTube

  2. Update files must be run on the computer where EasyCeiling is already installed!

  3. Close all EasyCeiling windows on this computer.

  4. If you have Avast or AVG antivirus installed, wait for the antivirus to check the file when launching the update, then install the update.

  5. If the downloaded archive asks for a password, enter 123.

  6. If required, enter the manufacturer login and password. It is sent by email when purchasing and updating the program.

  7. For correct operation, the update must be installed on all your computers. Otherwise, you may encounter compatibility errors.

  8. If new features appear in the update, reactivate the program twice.

Recommendations for installing on Windows Server

To avoid configuring security policies and updating Windows Server family programs, you can install EasyCeiling as follows:

  1. Install the program using the standard procedure above

  2. Copy the folders C:\Users\Public\Documents\EasyCeiling and C:\Program Files (x86)\EasyCeiling to a flash drive

  3. Uninstall EasyCeiling

  4. Restore the folders from the flash drive to their place

  5. Place a shortcut to C:\Program Files (x86)\EasyCeiling\EasyCeiling.exe on the shared desktop: C:\Users\Public\Desktop
