Export and Import of Catalogs in EasyCeiling

In EasyCeiling, you can export and import various catalogs. In this article, we will discuss which data from the program can be transferred and which cannot.

Buttons responsible for import/export of catalogs look like this:

List of transferable data:

  1. Textures, texture catalogs, colors, and their price lists

  2. Harpoon

  3. Client catalog

  4. Dealer catalog

  5. Ceiling names directory

  6. Settings

  7. Splice catalogs

  8. Apply catalogs

  9. List of additional services

  10. List of goods

Textures, texture catalogs, colors, and their price lists

Texture catalogs and their colors are transferred completely along with the price lists and prices set for them. To export a texture catalog, you need to:

  1. Open the texture directory. This can be done via the "Open texture directory" button in the settings or by clicking the "Materials directory" button on the "Order Information" tab.

  2. Click the "Import/Export" button and select the desired export option:

    • Export (Factura.fact file) - exports all directory data completely, including colors and price lists.

    • Export without price lists (Factura.fact file) - exports the list of catalogs, textures, and their colors without price lists.

    • Export to 1C Ceilings (Factura.ini file) - exports the list of catalogs, textures, and their colors for import into 1C.

    • Export for dealer with price lists (Factura.fact file) - exports all directory data completely, including colors and price lists. You can select the price lists to be exported and specify export parameters:

      1. Export selected price lists to one file

      2. Export each selected price list to separate files.

Harpoon

The harpoon list can be exported completely. To do this:

  1. On the "Order Information" tab, open the harpoon list.

  2. Click the "Import/Export" button and select "Export". The program will export the Harpon.ech file

Client Catalog

The client catalog is exported completely and contains all client data that you had in the program.

To export the client list:

  1. On the "Order Information" tab, open the client directory.

  2. Click the "Export clients" button. The program will export the Client.ecca file

Dealer Catalog

When exporting the dealer catalog, the following are transferred:

  • all details

  • logo

  • order number

Not transferred:

  • individual scrap calculation

  • attached price lists

  • individual discount

  • default harpoon

  • individual shrinkage

  • debts.

To export the dealer catalog:

  1. On the "Order Information" tab, open the dealer directory.

  2. Click the "Export dealers" button. The program will export the Dealer.ecda file

If the city and region catalog was transferred with clients, there is no need to clear/export it again.

Ceiling Names Directory

The ceiling names directory is transferred completely. To export the directory:

  1. On the "Order Information" tab, open the ceiling names directory.

  2. Click the "Import/Export" button and select "Export". The program will export the CeilingNames.eccn file

Settings

Program settings can be fully exported. To do this:

  1. Open "Settings" in the EasyCeiling program.

  2. Click the "Import/Export" button and select "Export". The program will export the Settings.ini file

Splice Catalogs

The splice catalog (List of ready-made multi-textures) is transferred completely. To export the splice catalog:

  1. On the "Cutting" tab, open "Multi-texture".

  2. Go to the "Ready-made splices" tab and open the splice catalog (List of ready-made multi-textures).

  3. Click the "Import/Export" button and select "Export". The program will export the CatalogMultiFact.ecmf file

Apply Catalogs

Apply catalogs can be exported completely. To do this:

  1. On the "Art-print" tab, open the Apply Catalog

  2. Click the "Import/Export" button and select "Export". The program will export the CatalogApply.eca file

List of Additional Services

The list of additional services is transferred completely with all data. To export the list:

  1. On the "Calculation" tab, open the list of additional services.

  2. Click the "Import/Export" button and select "Export". The program will export the AddlService.asec file

List of Goods

The following are transferred from the goods list:

  • catalog

  • name

  • purchase

  • price

  • markup

  • price lists

  • prices.

  • stock balances, if necessary.

Not transferred:

  • VAT

  • minimum balance

  • image

  • batches

  • markup catalog

To export the goods catalog:

  1. On the "Calculation" tab, open the goods list.

  2. Click the "Import/Export" button and select "Export". The program will export the AddlTovar.atov file
