For Producer Drawing

The "Drawing" print form is used by manufacturers to attach to the ceiling itself before shipping, and the dealer, when receiving the ceiling, can see which client the ceiling came for, and during installation can easily check the ceiling shrinkage without calling the office.

What is included in the printed form

The form is largely similar to the print form for the client, but there are some differences:

  1. The panel shrinkage percentage is indicated

  2. The data of the dealer who ordered the ceiling is indicated

  3. You can specify information about "who packed", "who shipped" and the like

  4. In addition, the form contains information about the dealer, client, material, all dimensions, seams, area and perimeter.

To configure how the "For Producer Drawing" print form will look, we need to open the program settings and go to the "Print" tab. Open "Print Templates" and select the print form type "For Producer Drawing".

Now let's go through each setting in order.

  1. Print form type - here you select the print form for which the settings below will be applied. The dropdown list contains all print forms, both from the "Print" tab and from the "Calculation" tab.

  2. Barcode data - in this setting you can choose what data the barcode located on the print will contain.

    There are two data settings for barcodes:

    1. Order number

    2. Invoice barcode

  3. Display barcode - a setting that turns on and off the display of barcodes and QR codes on print forms.

    The setting applies to all sheets of the print form. If you have 2 sheets on the form, the barcode will be displayed on both the first and second sheets.

  4. Display calculation table for dealer - a setting that allows you to display on the print form a table from the "For Dealer" calculation.

  5. Display Special notes - displays Special notes on the print form.

  6. Display order author - Displays on the print form the data of who created the order.

    For this setting, you must have authorization enabled in the program.

  7. Display dealer note - Displays on the print form a note that is specified in the dealer card.

  8. Title (printed in the upper right corner) - title for your print form that will be displayed in the upper right corner.
