User Authorization with Different Access Rights
The Easy Ceiling program allows fine-tuning of manager users within the program:
Display data about who created the order
Assign dealers to managers
Hide certain buttons from them
Hide other users' orders from them
Prohibit editing catalogs
and more.

Important information:
Users within the program and Windows users are not connected and are configured separately.
When using user authorization, you must create at least one user with administrator rights.
Write down the administrator password, without it you won't be able to edit users.

Path to user settings:
When the "Use authorization" parameter is set, a dialog box for selecting a user and entering a password will appear when starting the program.
Clicking the "Users" button will display a window with a list of users where they can be added, modified, or deleted.

The printer button allows printing employee barcodes for the "Production Journal" function
Each user can be assigned one of six roles (access rights) and specify permitted operations.
For a user, you can select one of the roles and mark permitted operations with checkboxes.
Roles mainly affect which buttons are available to the user. Examples of interfaces for different roles are below in the article.
Access to the Customers directory Visibility of the button in the “Customer” tab and the button “New order”
Access to the Dealers directory Visibility of the button in the ‘Dealer’ tab, the buttons “Order from dealer”, “Cut order”, “Order roll”, “Order components”
Price editing Visibility of the buttons in the calculation “List of additional services”, “List of goods”. List of additional services“, ”List of goods", availability of the buttons “Film stock” and “Harpoon stock”

Delete orders with status Calculated Visibility of the button “Delete Ceiling” and “Delete Order”
Allow to manually change the status of orders and ceilings Manager cannot change the status “In Work” and above MANUALLY
Show only orders of the current Manager and Division Show only orders of the current Manager.

Show all orders with a status of Accounting Enables or disables the visibility of orders with a status of “Accounting”. This setting works only if the “Show only orders of the current Manager and Department” setting is enabled.
Enable receipt of goods Visibility of tabs in the stock of goods
Printing of forms is enabled Visibility of the “Print” button
Enable the receipt of money (to card and to bank account) Visibility of buttons in the calculation in the ‘Payment’ group
Enable the issue of money from the cash register Availability of the “Issue money” button in the cash register.
Allow to change price lists in the calculation Availability of price list selection in the calculation.
Editing dealers Availability of buttons for editing, adding, importing a dealer
Permission to adjust amounts in the cash register Double-clicking an item in the cash register allows its editing, if the parameter is selected.
Prohibit canceling write-offs of material and goods A warning window will appear if a write-off is attempted, the write-off will not be executed.
Prohibit editing of data in the order Inactivity of all elements that allow editing of the order.
Allow to write off film and components Visibility of the elements “Write off material” in printing and “Write off goods” in costing
Visibility of all departments in the cash register Visibility of operations of all departments
Allow to send data to the laser projector from the Cut tab
Allow to send quick data to the laser projector from the Order Information tab
Allow to send data to the laser projector for construction.
Access to reports Visibility of the “Reports” button.
Prohibit ceiling editing in the status of “In Work”, ‘Ready’ and “Shipped” if enabled, managers cannot access the ceiling editing tabs if the ceiling is in the corresponding statuses.

Allow editing with status New Allow editing orders with status New
Upload online orders from dealers Required for the function of uploading dealer orders to the manufacturer
Edit service name in the current calculation Possibility to edit service names in the current calculation
Edit service composition in the current calculation Prohibit working with business scraps
No data will go to business scraps, ceilings also cannot be built from scraps
Switch to production log at program start Production log will be opened at startup
Allow to view report on production log Possibility to view report on log, which user has done how much work and so on
Roles
Administrator
Has access to all interface and settings.
Administrator is the only role that can receive film into warehouse. Other roles have optional viewing and write-off capabilities. For all other roles, the "film warehouse" button is inactive.
Administrator has all permissions for working in the program, regardless of checkboxes in permitted operations.
Manager (Production)
Creating and modifying orders, printing all forms. No access to settings. Cannot delete orders
Manager (Client)
Creating and modifying orders, printing client forms. Has access to settings. Cannot delete orders in in progress/ready/shipped status.
Senior Manager
Creating and modifying orders, printing all forms. No access to settings and editing of product and service directories. Cannot delete orders in in progress/ready/shipped status.
Manager
Creating and modifying orders, printing all forms. No access to settings and editing of product and service directories. Cannot delete orders in in progress/ready/shipped status.
Cutter
(available when purchasing additional "Production" module)
Access only to ceilings assigned to work.
Can be used for work and accounting in the "Production Journal" module, without launching its own interface.
Cannot delete orders.
Harpooner, Seamstress
Have the same interface as Manager (production)
Mainly needed for work and accounting in the "Production Journal" module.
Packer
Has the same interface as Cutter
Mainly needed for work and accounting in the "Production Journal" module.
Warehouse Keeper
For work in the additional "Warehouse Keeper" module, has its own interface.
