If MS SQL Server database is used:
User authorization is disabled in the program - the print queue is stored as before.
User authorization is enabled in the program - the print queue is stored in the database. Each user has their own. Below are instructions for working with print queue and users.
If a user has access to print settings - the queue for their user can be set as usual - by going to the "Print" tab and accessing print settings. Important! The print queue will only be changed for the user who is logged into the program.
In addition to the old method of changing the print queue, a new one has appeared, available to administrator users. A button for editing the print queue of any user has been added to user settings.
Open the program settings, go to the "Database" tab. Open the user list through the "Users" button. Click on the user edit button. In the card you will see a new item "Print Queue" and a "Change" button. Clicking on it will open a window for editing the print queue of the selected user.
After completing the editing, click the "Save" button - to save the print queue for the user. Or "Save for all" - the print queue will be set for all program users
