📩 Sending to Manufacturer's Database
Attention: This function is outdated; in modern versions, the function "Online Catalogs" is used.
To use this function, the manufacturer must have purchased and configured a network database.
The "Sending to Manufacturer's Database" function itself must be purchased by both the manufacturer and the dealer.
You can connect to the manufacturer to send orders directly to their order database in two ways:
The manufacturer generates the server data in the settings of their program. To do this, open the settings, go to the "Database" tab. Then click the "Server Data" button and enter the connection data for their network database. More details in the article.
After this, you need to export the program settings and send the settings file to the dealer. It should be called Setting.ini
The dealer, in turn, opens the program settings and imports the settings.
Another option. The manufacturer can simply provide the connection data to the server. In this case, the dealer also needs to open the settings on the "Database" tab and click the "Server Data" button. Manually enter all the connection data and click "OK". After this, a window will open for dealer registration. The data you entered will be displayed in the order at the manufacturer.
Note that if you register, but later decide to specify other data except for E-mail, you will be displayed at the manufacturer under the data with which you first registered to this email.
After entering all the data, click "Register" and in the pop-up window, enter the password. You will need to enter it every time you send the next order to the manufacturer.
