🌐 Online catalogs and order transfer via the cloud - publishing manufacturer catalogs in the cloud
This is an additional function that allows publishing manufacturer catalogs (textures, products, etc.) in the cloud, enabling dealers to quickly download them directly from the EasyCeiling program.
The function has two variants of realization:
Sending catalogs online from manufacturer to dealer.
Sending orders from the dealer directly to the manufacturer.
Sending catalogs
Функция доступна с версии 1.57. Для работы функции у производителя должен быть подключена и использоваться сетевая база данных на MS SQL Server.
How do I send catalogs?
Manufacturer creates a catalog of invoices, products, services, and so on.
Uploads the catalog to the cloud.

The selected items will be uploaded to the cloud when you click the “Submit” button.
If the item is inactive, it means that this catalog is not filled or the corresponding function is not connected.
The name, address, and phone number in the online catalog will appear to be those for which the program is registered.
You must also enter the password to download.
Although dealers will see you in the list of companies available for downloading catalogs, they will not be able to download your catalogs without a password.
You can publish the password on your website or give it out upon request.
Dealers open online catalogs and upload them to their program.

Transfer of orders to the database
To transfer orders online, from the dealer version to the production version, it is necessary that the manufacturer had a network database on MS SQL Server, uploaded catalogs online, and the dealer was connected to the manufacturer through the function “download catalogs”.
In order for orders to be uploaded, it is necessary that user authorization is enabled in the program.
How do I unload orders?
The manufacturer must upload their catalogs to the cloud, and dealers must upload them in their program.
Connect the additional module “Online order transfer” for both manufacturer and dealer.
Check whether user authorization is enabled in the program and, if not, it should be enabled. One of the users should have the option “Upload Orders” set.
After everything is done, your dealer will have a corresponding button in the program. He can use it to send you orders directly to the database.
