Online Order Transfer. Instructions for Manufacturers.

The "Online Order Transfer" function allows transferring orders from the dealer program directly to the manufacturer's database.

For online order transfer from the dealer version to the production version, the manufacturer must have a network database on MS SQL Server, exported catalogs online, and the dealer must have connected the manufacturer through the "download catalogs" function.

For orders to be loaded, user authorization must be enabled in the program. One of the users must have the "Order Loading" option set.

The program launched under a user with the "Order Loading" option set will check for new orders on the cloud every 5 minutes, and if they exist, load them and then delete them from the server.

For example, you can install the program on your server and run it under such a user where it will automatically download new orders.

You can also check for new orders using manual order list refresh from the same user.

Orders received online come in the "From Measurer" status.

When a dealer connects online catalogs, all dealer catalogs are replaced with manufacturer catalogs, which ensures uniformity of names.

If a dealer adds new items to the catalogs, they will not appear for the manufacturer upon receipt.

If a dealer modifies previously downloaded manufacturer items, these changes will not be present in the order sent to the manufacturer.
