Exporting Catalogs Online. Instructions for Manufacturers.
The "Manufacturer Online Catalogs" function allows placing catalogs on the internet, and they will be available for download in dealer versions of the program.
The function is available from version 1.57. For the function to work, the manufacturer must have a connected and used network database on MS SQL Server.
Available for export:
Textures
Texture price lists (optional)
Products
Product price lists (optional)
Services
Service price lists (optional)
Ceiling names
Packaging
Trim settings:

Delivery methods
Seam templates (if "Multi-texture" additional function is available)
Light fixture templates (if "Light Fixture Editor" additional function is available)
Light line templates (if "Light Lines" additional function is available)
A separate item is the "Online Order Submission" setting - it allows dealers to later send orders directly to the selected manufacturer's program.
Selected items will be uploaded to the cloud when the "Send" button is pressed.
If an item is inactive, it means this catalog is not filled out, or the corresponding function is not connected.
When selecting price lists, a window appears to choose which price lists will be exported.
The name, address, and phone number in the online catalog will be displayed as those with which the program is registered.
Also, for uploading, a password must be specified.
Despite the fact that dealers will see you in the list of companies available for catalog download, they will not be able to download your catalogs without a password.
You can publish the password on your website or provide it upon request.
Later, you can export catalogs again - they will be synchronized on the server with yours.
If you uncheck some items that you previously exported and send the catalogs again, then those items that you unchecked will no longer be available for download.
