🚛 Ceiling Shipment Journal - control of the number of ceilings dispatched

The Ceiling Shipment Journal is an additional module that is purchased separately. Without the purchased module, a free simplified Ceiling Shipment Journal Lite is available - starting from program version 1.57.
It is designed to control the number of ceilings being released. In the list of scanned ceilings on the left - ceilings that are ready for shipment. When a ceiling is scanned - its status will change to "Ready".
On the right - the general registry for the specified time interval for shipment. Only ceilings with "Ready" or "In Progress" status are included in the registry. Date filtering is based on completion dates, not creation dates.
Ceilings will be available in the shipment journal after they are printed or their status is changed to "In Progress".
For example, if an order has 3 ceilings with statuses "New", "In Progress", and "Ready". Then the registry will include an entry with the specified order number and quantity "1 of 2". That is, one ceiling is ready, and one is still being made.
Entries that are completely ready are highlighted in green. Red indicates those that are not yet ready.
When shipping - the status changes to Shipped for all ceilings from the current registry where all ceilings are ready.

When clicking the button with arrow icons, a registry of ceilings for shipment will be generated (in the right table) with the parameters specified to the left of the button.
When clicking the button with printer icon, a shipment report for the current period will open.
When clicking the button with broom icon, a message "Show orders with at least one scanned ceiling?" will appear. If you click "Yes" - only orders with at least 1 ceiling in "Ready" status will remain in the registry.
When clicking the button with truck icon - ceilings will be shipped. The status of all scanned ceilings in the history will change to "Shipped". If a ceiling is not in the scanning history, but already has "Ready" status - it will not be shipped. However, it can still be scanned and then shipped.
How to work with the program — we will show you how to create orders, work with drawings, and print documents.
