🟡 Export to 1C - data upload to 1C

EasyCeiling has the ability to export data to the standard 1C UNF configuration for Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Moldova, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Baltic countries, and other foreign countries.

What is required on the EasyCeiling side:\

  1. Working database on MS SQL Server\

  2. Current version of EasyCeiling\

  3. "Calculation" module\

  4. Module for integration with 1C UNF

Common Questions

When does data export for 1C from EasyCeiling occur?

EasyCeiling saves data for 1C in a special section of the order database, then using 1C functionality you can export this data to 1C (For example, using the "Get data from EasyCeiling" button)

The data export function for 1C to the database works in cases:

  1. Changes to the base or additional drawing

  2. When switching to the cutting tab (if status is in progress or higher (ready, etc.), and there is a restriction on editing ceilings in progress, then it doesn't export - 1C information already exists)

  3. When changes are made to the cutting

  4. When switching to the print tab (if status is in progress or higher (ready, etc.), and there is a restriction on editing ceilings in progress, then it doesn't export - 1C information already exists)

  5. When adding/changing/deleting services

  6. When adding/changing/deleting products

  7. When changing texture or color

  8. When changing harpoon

  9. When adding/changing/deleting structures (additional "Structures" module)

Known Issues

"Warning! Line has been modified by user"

When something in a line is changed in the UNF Order, it becomes non-bold and is not re-read from EC. If this ceiling is deleted and re-read, the data will update.

This is done in case manual changes were made, so that changes don't disappear after re-reading the order.

This error can cause the following errors:

  • One of the ceilings in the order doesn't load

  • Area doesn't load correctly from EC to 1C

  • Different areas in EC and 1C

A specific texture doesn't export to 1C

It's possible that the texture or its color was created later than the 1C exchange was performed - you need to perform the exchange again.

Data doesn't export to 1C at all

At the junction of two different programs, many things can go wrong.

If you encounter a problem where data doesn't export to 1C, try the following:

  1. Reactivate the program twice

  2. Make sure that the default calculation in calculation settings is set for your required role: dealer and client

  3. Create a new order as you usually do. Check if data was exported in it. If not - contact technical support
