📋 Order Information Tab

  • Declarations (Idea by "Evolution" company, Minsk). This functionality allows adding various documentation to film on printed forms — certificates of compliance, etc.

  • New order search features: display by speed, selection by creation or completion date.

  • Search in order list by order number-ceiling number. (Idea by "Art-komplekt" company, Uralsk). Allows quick order search using barcode scanner or by full number with ceiling number, automatically selects the specified ceiling.

  • Prohibition of editing text notes for ceiling in "in progress" status (Idea by "RoomExpert" company, Moscow)

⚙️ Settings and Buttons in Program Header

📐 "Basic Drawing" Tab

  • Ability to enter a letter instead of number of vertices in construction wizard. Works the same way in Construction Assistant.

  • Ability to switch between ceilings and create new ones from basic drawing.

  • "All angles 90 degrees" button in basic drawing (Idea by "AVRORA" company, Pavlodar). Allows quickly setting all angles to 90 degrees.

  • "Wall measurement" button. Previously was visible for clients with connected "Art-ceiling" module. For taking measurements from the front side, not from floor projection. If this button is pressed, the drawing is not mirrored during cutting and corresponding cutting warnings are displayed.

🔲 "Additional Forms" Tab

  • Additional form "Split ceiling" (Idea by "PPL-14" company, Moscow). You can select two points and split the selected ceiling into two separate ones. Helps in cases where you need to install seams in a specific way without complex custom multi-texture.

  • Additional form "Wedge" (Idea by "Euro-Format" company, Penza). Technological function for marking places for wedge-shaped inserts installation in ceiling corners.

✂️ "Cutting" Tab

  • Texture selection on cutting tab (Idea by "AVRORA" company, Pavlodar). Ability to select texture and canvas color directly on the "Cutting" tab.

  • List of ceilings in order and switching between them on cutting tab. (Idea by "Ceiling Center" company, Sochi)

  • Saving shrinkage when selecting another harpoon. Previously shrinkage was reset to default value when selecting another harpoon. (Idea by "Ceiling Center" company, Sochi)

  • Output to "for manufacturer cutting" print form of scraps quantity and % of ceiling area (Idea by "Ceiling Store" company, Stavropol)

  • Setting: "do not output coordinates for cutting forms" (Idea by "Good Ceilings" company, St. Petersburg, "Bleichert" company, Krasnoyarsk) Allows saving paper when cutting is done using laser projector: cutting coordinates are not needed as everything is output by the projector.

  • Setting: "Output additional forms list" for cutting forms. Previously additional forms lists were output only on client forms.

  • Setting: "Sign total side lengths". Allows optionally outputting canvas dimensions.

  • Setting: "output manufacturer data on print forms" duplicated to "Print" tab (Idea by "TESAM" company, Tyumen)

  • Setting "Output dealer name in "Client" field on print forms". On all print forms where there's Client, dealer name is substituted (Idea by "Perviy Potolochniy KZ" company, Rudny)

  • Storing print order in database (Idea by "Euro-Format" company, Penza). Allows using print order for all users at once. Or setting up individually for each user directly in the database.

👥 Working with Dealer Role

📊 Reports

  • Report for dealer on debts. Designed for providing dealer with quick printout of which orders they have debts on. This report differs from "dealer payments report" with "output only debts" setting in that it doesn't output paid orders and can account for overpayments.

Unlike the familiar production journal where there are pre-created works "area", "seam", "perimeter" etc., allows independently configuring works and rules for their application.

For example:

  • Take scanned ceilings from laser projector program

  • Independently specify work name and color

  • Specify which values to take: stretched or unstretched

  • Take values from calculation, even if manager added them manually, not automatically.

  • Prohibit doing work more than once per ceiling

  • Separately write off film and harpoon

  • If several employees participate in work, divide work among all or assign full amount of work to each
