Setting up the Mertech CL-610\CL-2210 Wireless Scanner

Wireless scanner Mertech CL-610\CL-2210 is a reliable and convenient device for working with EasyCeiling programs. However, the scanner is rechargeable and is subject to discharge.

It has been known to reset the settings to factory defaults when fully discharged, and they must be reset to work with EasyCeiling Laser.

To configure the scanner to work with EasyCeiling Laser, make the following settings:

  1. Take your scanner's instruction manual. Scanning setup codes from the computer screen may not be correct

  2. Scan the barcode on the radio module

  3. Scan the USB-COM barcode

  4. Scan the "Add suffix CR+LF" barcode

  5. Pull the radio module out of the computer for 10 seconds and plug it back in.

  6. Restart the computer.

  7. Make sure that the com port of the scanner matches the com port specified for the scanner in the EasyCeilingLaserHelper settings.

After that, try scanning the ceiling barcode.

If the scanner still does not work after this, try following the instructions again.
