History of Ceiling Changes

Starting from version 1.58, the program introduced a feature to save the history of changes for ceilings and orders. Now you can not only track all actions but also view a detailed change log at any time.

Conditions for the Function to Work

The history of changes is only available under two conditions:

  • A network database is used;

  • User authorization is enabled.

How to Enable History Recording

To start saving changes, you need to activate the parameter:

  • Settings → Store History of Ceiling Changes

What is Recorded in the History

The following events are automatically logged:

1. Always Saved:

  • Creation, deletion, restoration of a ceiling or order;

  • Change in the status of an order or ceiling.

2. Saved Under Conditions (if the ceiling is exported to 1C or moved to the status "In Progress," "Ready," "Shipped," or "Closed"):

  • Changes in texture, harpoon, cutting, dimensions, seams;

  • Application of additional forms;

  • Manual or step-by-step construction;

  • Mirroring or rotation of the ceiling.

Each entry in the history includes the name of the user who performed the action.

How to View the History of Changes

1. Through the Reports List:

  • Open the Reports section;

  • Select History of Changes, specify the period of interest.

2. Through the Context Menu:

  • In the list of orders or ceilings, right-click on the desired item;

  • Select History of Order/Ceiling Changes.

Display of Entries

  • All changes are grouped by date;

  • Sorting is from new to old (the most recent entries at the top of the list).
