Database

  1. Settings file path — specifies the location of the main EasyCeiling configuration file that stores all user parameters.

  2. Path to data export folder (for 1C SmartCeiling)

    • Path to data export folder — directory where data files for integration are saved during export.

    • Automatically export when printing production form — when enabled, data will be exported to the specified folder immediately when printing the production form.

  3. Database path

    • Database path — selection of DBMS type (file database, network) and configuration of connection to the working orders database.

  4. Path to drawings export folder for 1C SmartCeiling

    • Path to drawings export folder — folder where drawing files are exported for subsequent transfer

    • Save data before printing production forms

  10. Database settings

    • Use orders database — enable work with orders list (non-file mode).

    • Use authorization — ask for user login and password before starting the program

    • Enter login manually — require username input at each startup. Otherwise, it will be substituted

    • Ask which database to connect to — offer to select one of the configured databases at startup.

    • Users — button for managing the list of users and their permissions. For more details, see the article "Authorization"

  11. Settings window management

    • OK — save all changes made and close the window.

    • Import/Export — save current settings to a file or load them from a file.

    • Cancel — close the window without saving changes.
