Basic settings

  1. Canvas cutting method

    • Cut from the front side of the canvas

    • Cut from the back side of the canvas — mirrored

  2. Display stretch percentage

    • as coefficient (10% = 0.1) — stretch is displayed as a fractional coefficient, convenient for technical calculations.

    • as percentage (10% = 10%) — shows stretch in the familiar percentage format for clarity.

  3. Settings appearance

    • Classic— familiar compact interface known to long-time EasyCeiling users.

    • Modern— updated design with larger controls and improved visualization.

  4. Saves

    • Only order number in filename — only the order number will be specified in the name without the ceiling number.

    • Save manufacturer logo to file — include manufacturer logo in the file.

    • Save dealer logo to file — add dealer logo when saving to file.

    • Allow dealer to change logo — give dealers the ability to replace the logo in the file.

    • Save dealer data to file — export dealer contact and company information along with the order.

    • Save zero shrinkage for ceilings with harpoon — fix the shrinkage parameter even at 0%, even if there is a harpoon.

    • Set default dealer for retail order — automatically assign a pre-selected dealer when creating a new customer order.

    • Show ceiling creation time — display time in addition to date

  5. Corner construction option

    • Buttons: [45] [90] [135] [270] — quick selection of angles 45°, 90°, 135° and 270°.

    • Buttons: [90] [-90] [135] [-135] — alternative set of buttons with positive and negative angle values.

  6. Texture selection wizard

    • Don't show selection window (don't use) — don't show texture selection dialog when creating a ceiling.

    • Show texture selection window — automatically open dialog for texture selection when going to cutting.

    • Show width selection window (texture must be selected) — texture must be selected on the order information tab.

  7. Other

    • Don't repeat diagonals in size tree — exclude diagonal duplication when building size hierarchy.

    • Show diagonal tree construction process — visualize diagonal calculation stages on screen.

    • Display error messages in triangles — warn about incorrect cases in angle calculations.

    • Display size saving message —

    • Highlight current order and ceiling — highlight active order and selected ceiling in lists.

    • Lock file when opening — prevent simultaneous editing of one file in different program instances.

    • Show dialog for quick construction — open simplified construction wizard on the basic drawing tab.

    • Allow changing shrinkage coefficient — give the ability to manually adjust canvas shrinkage value on the cutting tab.

    • Add dealer when opening file —

    • Ask whether to save customer data when saving to file — clarify before export whether to include customer information.

    • Check entered color for texture — validate the correctness of the selected canvas color.

    • Don't substitute non-existent texture when loading order — don't replace textures missing from the database with those described in the file.

    • Notify user about tension control for fabric canvases — remind about the need to check tension.

    • Don't use double nested menu in interface — simplify menu, remove nesting levels (recommended when using in RDP).

    • Special mark individually for ceiling — add marks not to the entire order, but to a specific ceiling

    • Warn about calculation changes in cutting — if changes in cutting affect calculation - report this

    • Automatically write off film and harpoon — simplified automatic write-off

  9. Telegram Bot

    • Always ask when changing status whether to send notification to customer\dealer — send notifications manually, not automatically
