Creating an Employee Barcode for the Production Journal
To work with the production journal, each employee needs their own barcode. An employee may have more than one barcode if, for example, they cut, harpoon, and pack the ceiling.
Also, if two cutters work together, this will also be a separate barcode.
Before creating barcodes, make sure you have authorization enabled in the program and users created.

If users are created, you can generate employee barcodes. To do this, in the settings on the "Database" tab, click the "Users" button.
In the window that appears, enter the login and password of a user with Administrator rights.

A window with a list of users will open. Click the printer button.
In the window that appears, select the production employee for whom the barcode will be created and click the plus button on the right. The employee will be added to the barcode.
If you need to add several employees, you can select a second one, click plus again, and so on.

If a mistake was made when adding, you can click the "Clear" button - the button with a broom icon.
Next, you need to select a role for the employee(s) of the barcode and click plus once.
Available roles: Cutter, Harpooner, Sewer, Seam Gluer, Packer.
If you selected the role of Cutter or Harpooner, you can also choose how to account for the employee's work: Area, Perimeter, or both together, and click plus. By default, the cutter's work is accounted for in m2 (area), and the harpooner's in m (perimeter). If you do not need to change anything, you do not need to add the accounting method to the barcode.
If after scanning a ceiling or order you need to change the status to in progress, ready, or shipped, you can also add this to the barcode in the "Select status for ceiling" field. If this is not necessary, you can skip this item in the barcode.

After you have generated the required barcode, you can print it. When working in the production journal, scan the employee's barcode.
You may also need to simply copy your barcode as text (for example, to add to the list of scanners in the production journal). Unfortunately, at the moment, you will have to print it manually for this.
