- Convenient search and navigation

There are several ways to archive orders:

Method 1: Manually through the interface\

1. Open the order.
2. Right-click on the order

3. Select the appropriate menu item

Method 2: Bulk archiving\

- In the order list, select multiple items (using ctrl + left mouse button) and archive them through the context menu or panel.

Method 3: By date

  • click on the Archive button and select by date from the dropdown list.

    • A modal window opens with date selection and order status for archiving.

3. How to extract an order from the archive?

1. Go to the "Archive" section on the order operations panel.

  • 2. Find the desired order through search or filter.

    3. Click "Apply" or "Extract All".

The order will appear in the list again and will be available for editing.

4. How to delete an order from the database:

It is not possible to delete written-off orders from the database as this may lead to data loss. First, you need to cancel the write-off in the orders

Warning! If calculation and cash register are used in the order, without prior payment rollback, the final amounts in the database may shift.

It is recommended to first archive the order, and then delete it from the archive manually if it is definitely not needed.

Orders deleted from the archive do not go to the trash bin
