Harpoon Warehouse

In the Harpoon Warehouse, you can check balances of harpoon in stock, create and receive harpoon batches.

To open the harpoon warehouse, click the button in the program's top menu, as shown in the screenshot:

Creating a Harpoon Batch:

To create a new harpoon receipt batch, click the "✚" button (1). In the window that opens (2), you need to specify:

  1. The organization whose warehouse will receive the harpoon. You can add or modify an organization by opening the organizations list:

  2. Batch number.

  3. Date.

  4. Supplier of this batch. You can add or modify a supplier by opening the suppliers list:

  5. Warehouse where this batch will be received. You can add or modify a warehouse by opening the Warehouses Directory:

  6. Primary document number (optional).

After creating the batch, you need to add the harpoon that will be received. To do this, click the "✚" button in the harpoon list in the batch (1):

In the window that opens (2), select the harpoon to be received and click the "" button (3).

A window will appear where you need to fill in the following data:

  1. Purchase price

  2. Harpoon quantity

  3. Amount (calculated automatically)

  4. Comment (optional)

After filling in the harpoon receipt data, click the "OK" button and the harpoon will appear in the harpoon list in the batch.

Receiving a Harpoon Batch

To receive a harpoon batch, click the "Receive" button:

IMPORTANT! After receiving a batch, it will be IMPOSSIBLE to make adjustments to the current batch! What to do if a batch was incorrectly received? - the answer to this question is in this article.

After the batch receipt is completed, the harpoon will be added to the warehouse.

Additional Capabilities

  1. For a new or unreceived batch, you can edit or delete data about this batch.

  2. In the harpoon list in the batch, you can edit and delete harpoon data.

  3. You can print information about the selected harpoon batch.

  4. View harpoon balance in stock on the "Balances" tab:
