PVC Film Warehouse
In the PVC Film Warehouse, you can create and receive batches, as well as write off material, view history for a roll, check film quantity in stock, and transfer film between warehouses.
The Administrator is the only role that can receive film into the warehouse. Other roles have optional viewing and write-off capabilities. For all other roles, the "film warehouse" button is inactive.
To open the film warehouse, click the button in the program's top menu, as shown in the screenshot:

Creating a Material Batch

To create a new material receipt batch, click the "✚" button (1). In the window that opens (2), you need to specify:
The organization whose warehouse will receive the material. You can add or modify an organization by opening the organizations list:

Batch number.
Date.
Supplier of this batch. You can add or modify a supplier by opening the suppliers list:

Warehouse where this batch will be received. You can add or modify a warehouse by opening the Warehouses Directory:

Primary document number (optional).
After creating the batch, you need to add the rolls that will be received. To do this, click the "✚" button in the batch rolls list (1):

In the window that opens:
Select the catalog, texture, and its color (2). Check the "Double-layer roll" box if your canvas is double-layered.
Specify the length, area (calculated automatically), and quantity of rolls being received (3).
Specify the purchase price per square meter and total amount for the position (calculated automatically) (4).
You can add a comment for this roll (5).
After filling in the roll receipt data, click the "Save" button (6) and the material will appear in the batch rolls list.
Receiving a Material Batch
To receive a material batch, click the "Receive" button:

IMPORTANT! After receiving a batch, it will be IMPOSSIBLE to make adjustments to the current batch! What to do if a batch was incorrectly received? - the answer to this question is in this article.
After the batch receipt is completed, the material will be added to the warehouse.
Material Search
In the PVC Film Warehouse, you can search for material by its name, width, and color (1), as well as view material balance (2), history for the selected material (3), and configure the exchange rate in conventional units (4).

Transferring Rolls Between Warehouses
The film warehouse allows you to transfer material from one warehouse to another. To transfer a roll between warehouses:

Click the "✚" button in the "Transfers between warehouses" tab.
In the window that opens, select:
Organization
Batch number to be transferred
Transfer date
Sender warehouse
Recipient warehouse
Click the "Save" button. A new transfer batch will appear in the batches list.
Next, you need to add rolls for transfer. To do this, click the "✚" button in the "Rolls for transfer" tab.

Select the roll that needs to be transferred. Here you can search for a roll by name, color, and width and click the "" button.

After selecting the rolls for transfer, click the "Transfer" button. The roll will then be transferred from one warehouse to another.
Additional Capabilities
The "By batches" tab also has several additional functions:

View a report for the selected roll.
Write off film from the selected roll.
Receive film for the selected roll. This is only possible if the roll was previously written off.
View history for the selected roll. For example, when write-offs or receipts occurred, when the roll was received into the warehouse, and its current balance.

Print a barcode for one selected roll or all rolls in a batch by clicking the "Print barcodes" button.
Print information about this batch. It will display:
Batch number
Primary document number
Batch supplier
Receiving company
Warehouse
Roll information - canvas width and length, as well as all amounts and costs.
Configure and view the current exchange rate in conventional units.
The "Transfers between warehouses" tab also has several additional functions:

Here you can view the transfer history for the selected roll.
