Before reading the article, watch the introductory video about the "Cost Calculation" module

Service costs in the program are specified in conventional units.

Service costs can be multiplied by the exchange rate specified in the calculation settings.

The exchange rate is not applied to products.

I.e., you can specify the service cost, for example, in dollars, and set the current exchange rate to your currency in the calculation settings.

You can mark which services will be multiplied by the exchange rate and which will not.

Settings

Service Settings

In the service settings, check the box for "Apply currency exchange rate for cost calculation"

The cost specified in the service card or price list for this service will be multiplied by the exchange rate.

Calculation Settings

In the calculation settings, you can specify for whom the exchange rate will be applied - for the client and/or dealer.

Thus, you can maintain two calculations simultaneously - with and without currency.

In the "Currency Exchange Rate" field, enter the rate by which service costs need to be multiplied.
