Value Types in Cost Calculation for Automatic Calculation

Creating and Editing a Service in Cost Calculation

Field Hints
Relationship between ceiling types and texture types.

Unit of Measurement "%"

Used, for example, in combination with the value type "Discount" if you want to make a percentage discount. Or you can do the opposite - create a service with a markup.
Price field (No price lists) - markup/discount value.
When adding a service with % unit (if value type is not set) the service will work as a markup.
The markup is applied to all services that are listed above it.

Attention! The value types below are not in the same order as they appear in the program. Here they are grouped by values.

  1. Not Set. Do not apply any value to the current service

Area

When there are multiple textures in the ceiling, displays each as a separate line

1. Room Area with Waste (sq.m)

Displays the room area adding waste, the texture name is shown in the title. Waste Settings (YouTube Video)

2. Ceiling Area (without service name replacement) (sq.m)

Displays the room area adding waste, the service name is shown in the title.

3. Room Area (actual) (sq.m)

Displays the actual room area, even if waste is configured.

4. Paid Waste (sq.m)

Displays the configured waste area.

Photo Printing

  1. Photo Printing (satin/matte) (sq.m) Area of the rectangle containing the photo print for satin/matte films

  2. Photo Printing (lacquer) (sq.m) Area of the rectangle containing the photo print for lacquer films

  3. UV Printing (sq.m) Area of the rectangle containing the photo print using UV method

  4. ECO Printing (sq.m) Area of the rectangle containing the photo print using ECO method

  5. UV Printing with White (sq.m) Area of the rectangle containing the photo print using UV Printing with White method

  6. Double-sided Photo Printing Displays the presence of double-sided photo printing (Example: Double Vision / 1 / pcs / price 300)

Perimeter

  1. Room Perimeter (m) Actual room perimeter

  2. Profile by Perimeter (m) Perimeter rounded up to the nearest multiple of baguette length

Seams

  1. Seam Centering (%) If the seam is not pulled to the edge, adds the specified percentage to the cost (Example: Seam Centering / 10 / % / price increases by 10%)

  2. Length of Straight Seams (m) Displays the length of straight seams (Example: Canvas Welding / 3.4 / m / price 100 / total 340)

  3. Length of Curved Seams (m) Displays the length of curved seams. Available in the "Multi-texture" add-on module

Multi-texture

  1. Color Combination Displays the presence of multiple textures (colors) in the ceiling (Example: Different Film Welding / 1 / - / price 100 / total 100)

  2. Multi-texture - canvas welding (sq.m) Area of the welded section. Available in the "Multi-texture" add-on module

Additional Forms

  1. Level Transition (total) (m) Length of level transition

  2. Level Transition (Straight) (m) Length of straight level transition

  3. Level Transition (Curved) (m) Length of curved level transition

  4. Chandelier Installation (pcs) Displays the number of chandeliers placed on the drawing

  5. Light Fixtures (pcs) Displays the number of light fixtures placed on the drawing

  6. Pipe Enclosure (pcs) Displays the number of pipe enclosures placed on the drawing

  7. Curved Section (m) Displays the length of the curved section. Curved Section Calculation Settings

  8. Internal Cutout (m) Perimeter of the internal cutout figure

  9. Perimeter of Straight Cutout (m) Perimeter of straight lines of the internal cutout figure

  10. Perimeter of Curved Cutout (m) Perimeter of curved lines of the internal cutout figure

  11. Corner Processing for Internal Cutout (pcs) Number of corners (points) in the internal cutout

  12. Special Cutting (pcs) Number of corners (points) inside the side specified as special cutting

Structures

  1. Structure (straight) (m) Length of straight structures (available in the "Structures" add-on module)

  2. Structure (curved) (m) Length of curved structures (available in the "Structures" add-on module)

Cost

  1. Discount (%) Discount percentage is recorded in the cost. When applying a discount service, a separate discount column appears in the cost calculation table. Applied only to services and products that allow discount application.

  2. Client Prepayment The prepayment amount is always set manually and entered in the prepayment field below the table. For those who don't use the cash register!

  3. Minimum Cost In EasyCeiling, you can set a minimum ceiling cost that will be automatically applied when calculating an order if the actual amount is below the set threshold. To do this, create a service with the value type "Minimum Cost" in the additional services directory and specify a fixed amount - for example, 500 ₽. When calculating, if the final ceiling cost is less than this value, the system will automatically add the difference, bringing the price up to the minimum. This is especially convenient for small rooms (up to 1 m²), allowing you to guarantee minimum income for any order volume.

Other

  1. Corner Processing (pcs) Displays the configured number of corners

Light Lines

  1. Straight Light Line (m) Length of straight light lines

  2. Curved Light Line (m) Length of curved light lines
